Wednesday – can’t remember
Thursday – can’t remember but we might have run (3 miles)
Friday – pushups (20, 25, 15, 15, 25), biceps and triceps (3 sets of 25 each @ 8 lbs), sit-ups (400) bike (42 minutes)
Saturday – nada (other than yard work)
Sunday – 18 minutes running (speed work)

Alright, I FINALLY got my shit together link and Google reader-wise, so I will be told when you post. This internet stuff is harder than it looks!
I hope you had a WONDERFUL Christmas and New Year with the family!
I am starting strength and core work tomorrow so I will let you know how it goes. I currently do, ummm… absolutely zero, so this should be interesting! I wish you lived closer (by like 3,000 miles) I would make you go run with me and you could make me do my strength training!

Christmas and New Year were lots of fun. And, my 40th birthday is today and we had a big old party last night (much dancing and celebration was had by all – especially me).
I wish we lived closer too. I would love to help motivate you to do your core and you could help me run. I do love running. I think I’m just out of rhythm and practice and it’s really difficult for me to get that rhythm and practice back when it’s cold outside. I hate being cold.
So this weeks starts fresh. I’m looking forward to it and to supporting each other.
